A Midsummer Night’s Dream inspired reception, incorporating seasonal wild flowers and shells as a nod to the nearby Norfolk coast. Flowers were created by Mock Orange Flowers  – moss and shells were used to build banks along the tables and a wooden ladder was hung from the ceiling laden with fern and flowers

Place names were written on the inside of oyster shells, which they had collected. For the table names Tintin characters were used, this theme was also echoed on the wedding cake

The wedding cake was made by Sophy and her mother the weekend after Sophy got engaged. It was a traditional fruit cake decorated with the family dogs and Tintin characters
